CALIFORNIA Roll Shushi



Ingredients:
2 cups shushi rice
2-3 nori sheets(laver)
10gr imitation crab stick
Avokado
Cucumber

Making the roll:
1.Take half a nori sheet and cover with rice-1cm high

2.Flip the nori so that the rice is facing down and start placing
the filling of california roll.

3.Line up the crab sticks in pairs depends how thick you
want the roll.

4.Next to it,line up to 2-3 cucumber sticks.

5.On top of both crab and cucumber sticks,put a large slice of
avocado.

Afterward, you might want to sprinkle some sesame seed on top for decoration and serve with soy sauce.
